What a fun day! My hubby and I loved both the tastings. Barbara was a jem, her passion in aging those cheeses was the highlight of the tour. We learned so much from her, very informative tour and she explained every cheese we had on the table, guiding us through the tasting. The women-run winery was also great, we highly recommend this tour if you are stuck in Turin without a car!
