I believe in traveling as one of the most powerful experiences which is resulting in personal grow and in expanding our mental and social boundaries. With the ease of access to so many travel options, nowadays what makes the difference is the ability to plan a trip by focusing on quality (less is more!), authenticity and interaction with locals.
I saw firsthand the positive impact that such way of traveling had on my guests as I guided for over ten years for some of the most exclusive American luxury travel companies.
Meanwhile, the Italian region where I was born and raised, Piemonte – Piedmont, opened up to tourism and after living between Milan, Paris and the US for a decade, I came back home and obtained the license to be a local tour guide.
My early studies in performing arts combined with professional experiences within the hospitality industry, attention to details and bespoke service turned to be critical to lead successful tours, handling stressful situations and exceeding expectations of discerning requests.
Today, while continuing occasionally to guide tours to Italy, Iceland and Switzerland, I share my expertise in Piemonte by handcrafting itineraries for several American and European clients who wish to visit a destination not affected yet by mass-tourism.
Food is a passion, a pleasure and in Piemonte is also the finest in the world together with wines. Therefore, it typically plays a central role in my itineraries.
Best preferred Piedmontese recipe: vitello tonnato (boiled or roasted veal topped with tuna and capers sauce).
