Information for the processing of personal data

OBJECTInformation for the purposes and for the effects of the articles 13, 23 and 26 of the Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196, concerning the protection of the processing of personal data.

The holder informs you, according to and for the purposes of the art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 that:

1) The aforementioned Legislative Decree lays down a number of obligations to “processing” (ie: collection, registration, processing, storage, communication, dissemination, etc.) of personal data relating to other subjects (so called “interested”);

 

2)  The processing of your personal information we are in possession of or that will be required or that will be communicated by you or by any third party is carried out in:

  • legal obligations (eg: billing, compulsory writing and accounting records, etc.);
  • contractual obligations (eg: supply / sales contracts, professional mandates, etc.) and related amendments and additions;
  • other purposes (eg: market surveys, etc.);

 

3)  During these treatments, the Cultural Association Meet Piedmont may be aware of data that Legislative Decree 196/2003 defines “sensitive” as it is suitable to disclose, for example:

  • a state of health or sexual habits;
  • membership of a union;
  • membership of a party or political movement;
  • religious or philosophical convictions;

 

4)  The processing will take place with manual and / or automated systems capable of storing, managing and transmitting the data, with logic strictly related to the purpose, based on the data in our possession and with your commitment to promptly notify us of any corrections, additions and / or updates;

 

 

5) Your data may be communicated to:

  • people entrusted with the Board of Directors of the Association;
  • public administrations, for the performance of institutional functions, within the limits of law and regulations;
  • the police bodies that may require them;
  • external parties who may carry out assignments on behalf of our Association in the various fields;
  • credit recovery companies;
  • insurance companies;
  • Credit institutions for the management of payments and receipts;
  • auditing companies, financial statements;
  • to external suppliers.

 

 

6) The scope for any data communication will be European;

7) The possibility of disseminating the data to indefinite subjects within the European Union is envisaged;

 

8) The conferral by you of these data is mandatory / optional in relation to the different purposes of the treatments.

In the event of your refusal to provide the data or allow it to be processed or communicated to you, you may:

  • The impossibility to establish or continue the relationship, or to carry out some operations, if the data is needed to execute the report or transaction;
  • The impossibility of carrying out some operations that presuppose the communication of data to subjects functionally linked to the execution of the data;
  • The failure to communicate the data to subjects who carry out further activities, not functionally linked to the execution of the report;

 

9) The holder of the treatment is the Meet Piedmont Cultural Association with headquarters in Via Cordara, 34 – 14049 Nizza Monferrato (AT);

10) For the processing of data, the Designated Manager is Mr. Matteo Campagnoli, electively domiciled, for the purposes of Law No. 196/2003, at our head office in Nizza Monferrato (AT) Via Cordara, 34;

11) The person concerned of the treatment under consideration is granted the exercise of the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003
